Usually I use either the manual update or I have just downloaded the fixed files from a ftp site put them on a CD-ROM and upgrade by using the RPM program in KDE. I have been tempted to use the auto-update of YAST2 to the SuSE ftp site, but it usually warns me that it's going to take many hours to do this. Is there anyway to see, easily, what the patches you need and use the manual mode, or just turn on the auto-update mode before I go to bed and then when I get up see if the computer is still running? I would hope that it could determine what I needed without running hours on end. Anyway, I would like to know if any of you have solved this problem with 7.3 or if there is a problem? ---Jim
