For practical purposes, I am stuck with IPv4 until my ISP decides to switch, and they ain't switching any time soon. AFAIK, their Beta test of IPv6 was a failure.
I'm using tunnelbroker.net to get an IPv6 address for my DSL until my provider decides to use IPv6 by themselves. I'm a customer of congstar, which is a daughter of deutsche telekom. This conglomerate decided that the technical operation of the net is run by deutsche telekom. They use IPv6 for quite some time now - for their own customers. But since I am not their customer, they can't tell me anything about IPv6. And congstar can't tell me because all the technics are handled by deutsche telekom. Germany at it's best. BTW, my cable provider gives me IPv6 from day 1 on. So all hosts have 2 IPv6 addresses in separate subnets. Werner --
