[opensuse] Drivers for Intel graphic card GMA 4500MHD

A thorough search of the Intel downloads pages failed to find a download source for drivers for the card GMA 4500MHD (or any other GMA cards). After several hours, I did find a remark that such drivers should be obtained from the download sources of ones own distribution. I have also made a Google search without finding anything, and searched the usual download repositories through YaST, also without success.
