to access a galaxy s7 phone: on tumbleweed plugging in usb cable, could it open with dolphin, no problem. but where in the directory hierarchy i would find it?
/run/media/loginname I would expect, same as when plugging in a USB stick.
no, there it is not. i have a symlink to this directory. usb will appear there, but not the galaxy s7. this my have to do with the protocol "mtp" from newer android phones.
i would like to use midnight commander to copy files, NOT dolphin. is there a possibility? (like with old android phones or with apple with ifuse and fusermount????) to get access during the normal filesystem-directory's. - or maybe with something inside midnight commander like the ftp-connection #???
/run/media/loginname is in my MC hotlist, but that location does not exist until the mount has been made.
