[opensuse] Tumbleweed: boinc and pulseaudio

Hi all, Just switched to Tumbleweed (again), just to find out that: - Boinc and the libwx_* libraries do not work together. - I see no header files for pulseaudio. Last year I switched from 13.2 to Tumbleweed also, just to find out that many packages where woefully outdated. So, give it a try almost one year later.
