Hard disk limit

Hello,

I try to install Suse Linux 9.1 Pro on a server with 12 SCSI disk. When I create a logical disk (with the RAID manager) of 1.5T, I can't use it with Suse (whatever the partitions I choose or the file system I choose).

When I create a logical drive of 700 Go, there is no problem (I can create a partition of 700 Go)

So is exist a hard disk size limit because I don't understand why I can't create a partition of 200Go on a hard disk of 1.5T.
