Adding NIC, low on IRQ

Hello, I would like to add a Linksys NIC to my computer but I'm afraid I may be low on IRQs. /proc/interrupts shows that I have IRQ 3,5,and 9 free. As far as I remember, IRQ 10 is used by video (AGP) IRQ 11 is used by scsi (ISA) IRQ 12 is used by bttv IRQ 14&15 are ide0 and ide1 Cannot remember IRQ 13. If I install the NIC (which will be a PIC card) will it work ie find an open IRQ. Thanks for any advice. Terry Eck
