Ok,
I have d/loaded firefox. I have unzipped it. I have tarred it.
I now have a bunch of files - none of which twll me what to do next. There is no install, no make, no readme. The closet thing that might be of use is a file that is named: run-mozilla.sh - but I sure can not get it to do anything. I have looked thru other docs for use of a sh or a run-x and find nothing.
help.
Thanks for your patience

I've placed the firefox directory in /usr/local and "ln -s /usr/local/firefox/firefox /usr/local/bin/", then from a terminal "firefox &"or you can setup a desktop icon to execute it. Likewise for thunderbird. Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce .... Hamradio G3VBV and keen Flyer Linux Only Shop.
