Gmail does that: if you send a message to a list through them, they filter out your copy.
Since this is our company mailserver and I am the mailserver admin and thereby my own provider I think it's safe to say that no, it's not my provider's fault ;) Turns out it must've been some weird Sieve mixup. Ever since I disabled en re-enabled all my sieve filters it's back to normal. Not sure what happened there but I'll have to keep my eyes open.
