What formats can PMMail use for exporting contacts? Thunderbird can import a few different formats.
As far as I know, It can't export anything, only import....that is the problem. However, Carlos and Charles have pointed to a couple of places I am following up on that used PERL scripts on OS/2 that might work to extract the info. This will take a while but it is a start. I was hoping someone knew of something already written that could convert PMMail into something that could then be converted to TBird. PMMail is actually a fine product and IF I were a Windoze user, I certainly would consider using it over anything M$ makes.
What's she using on Windows? Is there hardware on the computer that can read caller ID?
As I said in my original post, she isn't, she does it all MANUALLY. I would assume that there are still modems made that can read the caller ID, but I haven't used a modem in so long, I am no longer familiar with what is now available or their features. She uses the caller ID list ON HER PHONE and reads the list and TYPES the info into a text document on her computer. I want to automate that. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
