Thank you. I chased a lot of documentation and found most of it to be lacking in critical details. I also learned a lot. My IT guy here helped me to get openconnect to work -- at least mostly. We also found a way to get the anyconnect package from the university to work. (It needed an rpm install that is listed as 'deprecated.' I will try connections from home, but I am optimistic.
