Why 5, Patrick? There is the cover and then there are pages numbered i to iii. So does one add another page to indicate the start to be (actual) page 1? it was late, Mexican lunch, ... I though I saw five Roman Numeral number pages in the preamble.

I am half-way thru the second cycle. At the end of the third an MRI is done which decides how many more are required.
