A couple of weeks ago, someone posted an install script that cut their download time to 144 minutes, from days. I can find the script via the archives, no problem there. My question is this..the instructions were to install this in the directory tree where ver.xxxx was. I must be an idiot cause I'm missing something probably plainly obvious, I think..
I'm not sure where to, or how to, insert this script in the series of dialog boxes in the course of my install..
Erm, you need to do it BEFORE starting the install
I'm using 9.0 now actually(27 hours via dsl), but I'm sure I'll end up doing it again before I go buy ver 9.xxx, cause as good as SUSE is, they really do deserve some more of my $
Anyways, if someone would be kind enuff to lend a few words, I'd be most appreciative...

Ok, thank you very much for taking the time to reply Dylan..so I do my partitioning and back to the main setup screen, where I can pick the various software configs, set time zones or whatever..and this would be the time to insert the script is what I'm gathering ? In /usr, or / perhaps ? Lee
