firefox has abruptly quit working for me after months w/o problems. If I try running from command line I get: (Gecko:23512): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: file gobject.c: line 1579 (g_object_unref): assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed /usr/bin/firefox: line 254: 23512 Segmentation fault $MOZ_PROGRAM $MOZ_LANG I uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and get same error. I'm running Suse 9.2 and firefox 1.0.4-1.1. I also tried going back to base version 0.10.0-14 that comes on Suse DVD and get same error. If I run as root in a terminal I get sh: kde-config: command not found sh: kde-config: command not found and then firefox comes up but all my config info (bookmarks etc) is gone. (Since I have no intention of running firefox as root this is not a workaround) Could someone give me a nudge in the right direction to fix this?
