Then by all means, please do so.
I peronaly just have a feeling (and pexperience) that it won't work. I would love to be wrong if the result is a clutterfree place to discuss non-technical openSUSE stuff.

Not to barge in to your party here and the polite discussions, and confusion as to where the proper place to post pertinent questions, but I did read a recent post on suse-linux-e indicating that better information and explanations to all the packaging changes in 10.1 could be found over here on the opensuse lists, or at least the opensuse-factory list and irc. I for one have found not much here that would indicate I could find assistance with my technical questions, or any other reason to be here. However that post on suse-linux-e did not help you guys here with your community. Hope you get it sorted out.
