Did you install the program once? THat somewhat happened to me... the first time I installed I told it to install in /opt but then I couldent find the xwpm. So I removed the files in /opt and reinstalled (with a new copy) to /usr All was well from then on. And something about reading the readme if I answer n. (Probably just to tell you to gunzip and untar).
