AFAIK it is there, it is gpu log, the output from "/sys/class/drm/card0/error". Or is it something else?
I saw gpu.log just wasn't sure.
Also, I just found out that Mesa-dri is not installed. I asked zypper to install it, but it is not available and I didn't notice.
Mesa-dri was split out in Tumbleweed, it doesn't exist in Leap:42
Ah, ok. Anyway, the artifacts have disapeared.
This is what Stefan made the needinfo for. Did you try the kernel memory reduction command, if you still don't get hangs then you can be sure.
