I found mine also; I didn't notice that pts was a subdirectory. Although I don't have a "c" in front, hovering the pointer over 0 and 2 indicates that they are Character Devices. <p>I have 0 -rw--w---- ed tty 0 20:26 23.11.2000 and 2 -rw------- root tty 0 20:24 23.11.2000 <p>So, it is your opinion that timing out is the first problem that I have. Maybe, a protocol problem with Verizon also?
