On new installation www.opensuse.org/searchPage, but as I has been keeping FF profile over ages, I have FF's default about:home.
3) What version of openSUSE are you running?
Leap 42.1
4) Are you fully patched?

www.opensuse.org/searchPage applies for several new installations of Leap 42.1 I have done recently. Fortunately, it doesn't change if user has something else.
