Firefox single window mode

Hi everyone Has anyone got single window working properly in firefox? I have tried - Tabbrowser Preferences - QuickTabPrefToggle - Single Window None of them work. I had success with Tabbrowser Extensions, but this messed up other things, like session saving. Any hints welcome! H
