Hello:
I would like to install gtk1-compat-devel on oS 12.1. I have downloaded the package gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586.rpm. When I want to install it I get:
# rpm -ivh gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586.rpm error: Failed dependencies: gdk-pixbuf-devel conflicts with gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586
If I try to remove gdk-pixbuf-devel, I get:
# rpm -e gdk-pixbuf-devel error: Failed dependencies: pkgconfig(gdk-pixbuf-2.0) is needed by (installed) gtk2-devel-2.24.7-2.5.1.i586
I had to remove gtk2-devel and libglade2-devel along with gtk2-devel:
# rpm -e gtk2-devel libglade2-devel gdk-pixbuf-devel
So far it's OK; I try to install gtk1-compat-devel now:
# rpm -ivh gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586.rpm error: Failed dependencies: gtk2-devel is needed by gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586 libglade2-devel is needed by gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586 pkgconfig(gdk-pixbuf-2.0) is needed by gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586 pkgconfig(gtk+-2.0) is needed by gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586 pkgconfig(gtk+-x11-2.0) is needed by gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586 pkgconfig(libglade-2.0) is needed by gtk1-compat-devel-0.10-5.1.i586
No I am stuck. How could I solve this?
Hello: No one has any idea how to solve this? Or is this an automatically built package not supposed to use? Thanks, Istvan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
