It is probably due to the fact that each compatible chip has a slightly different cause and handling. That is, it's a nasty bug. It would be nice if systemd.PS2-keybord service could solve it, but how about this? add the 'i8042.nomux=1 i8042.reset i8042.noloop=1' entry Of course, without systemd.PS2-keyboard service.
