Are you certain it's the switch? The way to check is to disconnect everything from the switch, except that computer. If those packets are still there, then they're from the switch. If not, then from some other device. Also, I find that locally administered MAC address puzzling. Why would any "out of the box" device have one? Normally you'd have to manually configure it. This used to happen years ago, to isolate networks with non-routed protocols and the configured MAC address was used for routing purposes.
