Exactly, this is a packaging error/change. This has nothing to do with an apt problem.

Some of the files that used to be provided by one package in 3.2.1 are in a different package in 3.3.0. This is not too uncommon. Just either replace the particular files via rpm with the --replacefiles switch, or do what Richard said. It won't hurt your system.
