Build server repos times two

I find  https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/mail/openSUSE_Leap_15.6/ and I find https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/mail/15.6/ Both of them report "Valid metadata not found at specified URL". How much beer must I drink before I no longer have this problem?? bill
