[opensuse] Compose Tables Under KDE

Hi, I'm having a hard time figuring out: 1) Which compose table(s) are in effect on my system 2) Which compose mappings are available 3) How to put into effect a compose table of my own. I'm running SuSE Linux 10.0. Any information or pointers would be welcome. Thanks.
