what stuff are you missing? btw you can still use the kde3 tools that you gotten so used of? btw im not network admin, i do some coding once in a while.. but kde4 is awesome for me...
Until KDE4 has an up-to-date KDE PIM (which for me is the heart and soul of KDE) you won't see me switch.
