I was able to print now, but I'm having to power off the printer at every print (or unplug and replug the cable each time). Something that happens at the end of the print job to put it in limbo... I already tried the commands below, but to no sucess: lpadmin -p eti1fischer -o usb-no-reattach-default=true lpadmin -p eti1fischer -o usb-unidir-default=true I'll try to upgrade to 42.3 and take a test. 2018-06-08 2:35 GMT-03:00 Per Jessen <per@computer.org>:

Hello,
I have a Honeywell PC42t-203-FP Thermal Printer (USB) that worked perfectly on OpenSUSE 12.1 with a generic postscript driver.
After upgrading to OpenSUSE 42.2 Leap, the printer no longer prints.
For starters, I would at least upgrade to 42.3, if you don't want to start on Leap15 right away.
