Operator Assisted Dialing in KPPP (Second Post)

Hello Friends, is there any facility of operator assisted dialing available in Linux like windows has ? if yes how to do that. Brief Description : External modem has a Parallel Handset. Under Windows When Connection is configured as Operator Assisted Dialing then the connection waits till Operator Dials on handset and gets a beep from remote M/C then hangs the phone and clicks "Continue" for connection to establish.
