Well it depends on what you mean. The parts of software that make the product are available on the net like kernel, dhcp, glibc etc...

You have to *buy* the product which then you will also have the sources and the patches available. The product is the mix of the packages integrated with an installer and an application to use various parts of the system for management (YaST).
