Edit ~/.pinerc the following way:
1) In the feature-list, add an entry for "allow-changing-from":
# List of features; see Pine's Setup/options menu for the current set. # e.g. feature-list= select-without-confirm, signature-at-bottom # Default condition for all of the features is no-. feature-list=allow-changing-from, include-header-in-reply, and so on....
2) In the customized headers section, add your pop3 config From and Reply-to:
# Add these customized headers (and possible default values) when composing customized-hdrs=Reply-to:user@pop3address.com, From:"Garry Smith" <user@pop3address.com>
