Well, all the information you need is in the documentation for realplayer. There are detailed instructions included. What you need to do is 1.cp RAObserver.Class and RAPlayer.Class to your netscape/plugins dir 2.ln -s /yourrvplayerdir/librvplayer.so /yournetscapedir/plugins/librvplayer.so 3.add your rvplayer dir to your path and your ld library path 4. DO NOT delete the default netscape plugin. W.D.McKinney wrote:
Ok, with all the discussion I thought I'd try to get RealAdio up with my AWE64. Do you have to do anything special to Communicator to get it to see the (plugins), files in /opt/netcape/plugins/ ?
Like delete the libnull file ?
I didn't see anything referenced in the README. Appreciate help from the folks who have climbed this mountain.
