I forgot to add:
code 34 = Disassociated because excessive number of frames need to be acknowledged, but are not acknowledged due to AP transmissions and/or poor channel conditions
I've looked at some more labels on the PC. It says it has a RTL8821AE (WLAN+Bluetooth) card and a quick google indicates there were some problems with it.
