I see the same thing. I took a cursory look over the versions (not an exhaustive inspection though) that were in red in my KDE repo view and saw similar to what you noted:
Version: 1.1-4.1 1.1-4.3
This tells me (based on what I remember from discussions on this from years ago) that they are the exact same version... only that the one marked 1.1-4.3 was pushed through the build service one or two more times than the one marked 1.1-4.1... it's the same source version. YaST will mark this rebuild as a different version, but... it's not really different. Since, in my cursory look, all of the red marked versions in the KDE part of my YaST looked to be this, I ignored it. It goes away when the new repo version is rebuilt for whatever reason.
