I haven't tried an FTP install 9.1, but with 9.0 if you are using an ADSL service with a PPPoE type of connection, you are out of luck here as the installation does not provide for dialling your ISP. Your only solution may be to download the entire distro and install from a hard disk, alternatively buy the 9.1 Personal CD and upgrade to your desired level using the FTP servers. Steve
