Where do Tumbleweed questions for WSL install belong?

All, Saw a question on StackOverflow about tmux only running the first time it is called. Attempting to run again fails with the error "/run/tmux/1000 (No such file or directory)" https://stackoverflow.com/q/75997451/3422102 The rub is this is a Tumbleweed install on WSL from the MS store. I suggested this list for specific help -- but that got me thinking -- is there some other list (that humans actually read) that is more appropriate for issue with WSL installs? -- David C.
