The above three are really just "ticket" or "call" tracking systems as nearly as I can tell.

This one is really the only "project" management software. My idea of "project management" software is something like MS Project...it should do resource allocation and management as well as Gantt charts and the like so that you can plan large projects using lots of resources. Granted, the Keystone and BSCW web pages are a little hard to follow, but am I reading them right? I don't see true "project management" tools in those two. They seem more aimed an "trouble ticket" handling.
