Hi, How do I disable the start up of the IPv6 dhcp client? The client is filling up the system log with messages as it cannot get a lease. I've set DHCLIENT6_BIN="none" in /etc/sysconfig/network/dhcp in the hopes that an unrecognized/unsupported option would would prevent the startup of the IPv6 client, but this did not work. I also set: echo “alias net-pf-10 off” >> /etc/modprobe.conf.local echo “alias ipv6 off” >> /etc/modprobe.conf.local But that didn't do the trick either. Help is appreciated.
