Hi I'm glad that Jim is now able to use his Zip... However, my problem with the USB Zip remains; I have partitioned and created ext2 partitions on discs using my server (EIDE Zip drive), but there is no way that I am able to mount anything using the USB Zip drive. I can't even persuade fdisk to talk to it - I just get unable to open /dev/sda. Anybody got any ideas? Do I need to upgrade my 7.0 to 7.1 to get the new kernel? I believe that the USB support is "improved". Messages attached - can't cut'n'paste from KEdit into Netscape mail, but that's another issue altogether...
