I found "isag", but I have no idea how to invoke it. There doesn't seem to be any examples anywhere, not even on the projects homepage. When I run it, it doesn't think there is an input file. On 8/23/07, Theo v. Werkhoven <theo@ferrets4me.xs4all.nl> wrote:

Hello,
I installed sysstat, and it is running and producing daily reports in /var/log/sa. Each day has a "sa" file and a "sar" files. It's been hard to find out exactly how to read these files.
Is there a way to graph the data in these files, so I can see things like CPU utilization over a period of time? I've reading the sysstam website, but I'm having a hard grasping how exactly it works.
Since are daily data files, I guess I cannot report on more than a day at a time?
I'm hoping to find a GUI tool to let me graph the data.
There are many plotting tools available. Look in the Visualization directory of freshmeat e.g. http://freshmeat.net/browse/135/ Or on sourceforge for plotting.
