At this point, it might be a good idea to give 'em a call and see if someone that actually works with/at Stardivision, can advise you on why you are getting the segfault, or see if there's someone you know--perhaps on this list-- or elsewhere with a similar setup to what you have and see if they are experiencing the same issues.
