Sorry, I thought there was an updated rpm available. But try the rpm package from Coolo's OBS project, it has lzma support. Simply go to http://software.opensuse.org/search and search for rpm for openSUSE 10.3. The second hit listed is home:coolo/openSUSE_10.3.
