I have never found one. All my mail is first processed by procmail. This way I sort things into various folders, independent of my mail reader. I also have a rule that makes the Reply button reply to the list restrict it to to only the message poster. Fine, so let's wait for next Evolution release. FALSE (why the insistence on this list of tossing accusation and criticism at developers?). The Evolution UI was extremely difficult to change due to how Bonobo was integrated into the application. And the situation is now fixed. Refactoring [replacing a significant component] in a complex application is not a simple weekend project.
