Yeah, I don't get this. Isn't the world heavily globalized? I saw SuSE's European-ness as a strength. But I guess it all depends on your definition of "forward". If "forward" means more and more and more and more and more... profits for the executives, then maybe the American way was the only way. I personally liked what they were. Stable, good product, money-making.

I too always was reassured by the fact that you could buy SUSE for not too much and get a damn good product. Still, we don't know that it won't continue to be the case. Like Örn Hansen, James and others have said, this may end up being positive. Time will tell. Jake
