I have 1.5 G of RAM, and from time to time I inadvertently get stuck with swapping overload. At this time it becomes difficult even to swap to the virtual console with ctrl-alt-f1, and having got there, even though I changed the login time-out to 10 minutes, sometimes it times out. Wouldn't it be a good idea if there were a way to get a shell with hi priority urgently? Perhaps there is. It would probably need to be on an interrupt like ctrl-alt-D. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
