zypper reports problems at the beginning and proceeds with installing packages and exits with code=1 because something wasn't ok at the beginning. I already asked the zypper people to have an eye on that. So in short the reason why it has failed is earlier in the log. You can search for "not found" in the log or send the whole file on the list
Thank you for your response. I'm trying to investigating (again) log file and found that phonon could not be found and failed to install. After remove the package on config.xml (I will add from another repos later), process running out without problem. I'm really appreciated with your knowledge about kiwi. It seems that every question regarding kiwi will be solved at your hand :-).
