Problems with 7.3

Hi, I just upgraded from 7.2 to 7.3 and I am having a strange problem. When I logoff, my computer no longer powers down, as it did with 7.2. I have to do a hard reset (hold the power on button down until the machine powers off). Then, about seven to ten minutes later, the computer starts up again. I've followed all of the recommendations in the SuSE FAQ under "shutdown", but nothing works. Any ideas? Eddie
