I find Flash to be very prevalent, even today. With the NoScript addon, I find many sites that won't display basic text and images without Flash and JavaScript enabled. Most of it is sloppy coding. They don't even provide a <noscript> tag.
Could you give one or two examples, since that is not my experience?
