I do find various kernel, but I don't find a respective kernel-source release. There are hundreds kernels but none as it respective kernel-source release, or there are kernel-source but no respective kernel release. I know I could download from kernel.org and compile it myself but why put hundreds kernel without its respective source release ??
The source is the same. The difference is .config file that you place in root of kernel source /usr/src/linux before compilation. If you download from kernel.org than it will be vanilla kernel without openSUSE patches. -- Regards, Rajko http://news.opensuse.org/category/people-of-opensuse/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
