Old tumbleweed box tmpfiles.d is present, but it doesn't run and change my /usr/local permissions and ownerships back - they stay the way I set them.
New tumbleweed, I've has to copy /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/fs-usr-local.conf to /etc/tmpfiles.d and set it.
But, I can't find how this is being run. There is no systemd service or timer I can find active. There is no crontab (no cron at all). So what runs this tmpfiles.d and where is it set?
systemd-tmpfiles-setup.service
The only thing I can find is a /run/user/1000/systemd/units:

that links to some shasum that goes to what? How do I find what is behind that shasum?
